Demolished original café, equipment, cabinetry and flooring to construct a new modern, spacious café. Bench top space increased. New glass displays designed. New installation of fridges, ice machines and cooking equipment. Lighter colour scheme created for an illusion of a larger room and increased preparation and work area for staff and serving area.
