About Us:

AJ Grant Group is a highly respected building service provider for domestic and light commercial building repairs, renovations and maintenance, operating across a range of sectors, including insurance, education, real estate, aged care, disability services and government organisations.

About the role:

As Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for providing administration support for our Commercial works department, nationally. You will provide support across all aspects of the job file from the initial client quote request to the handover to our building teams at branch level, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain client satisfaction, adhering to contract requirements and Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain customer expectations by ensuring that clear communication is delivered through every step of their customer service journey.
  • Management of inbox and action emails accordingly – creating files, making outbound calls to ensure we have captured all required information for the branch to complete clients’ requirements.
  • Respond to, manage and answer inbound calls directed through our 1800 commercial number & chat function in a timely and professional manner,
  • Record and update details of all forms of customer communication in our databases system in a comprehensible way.
  • Provide system administration support to operational commercial teams.
  • Assist with capturing sales opportunities by working with relevant business departments, identifying new client opportunities through marketing events, sponsorships, campaigns
  • Assist with developing customer segments and lists, outbound calling, email introductions etc
 
 

About you:

  • Sales experience either inbound or outbound.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Accurate data entry & administration skills, competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with CRM functionality such as Hubspot.
  • Familiar with a system employed for project management commercial construction.
  • Adaptable to change and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to problem solve and be proactive.
  • Work effectively to support the team.
